Recently, after the second batch of anti-pandemic medical supplies had been double-checked, it was loaded for delivery. Sun Junjian, Vice President of Henan University, together with the heads of the President’s Office, International Affairs Office, School Hospital, Affiliated Hospital, International Education College, Eurasia International School and Miami College, attended the donation ceremony.

As planned, the medical supplies will be successively distributed to 16 international partner universities in need of help, such as Conservatorio Santa Cecilia di ROMA, Beppu University, Konkuk University, Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, Belarusian State University, Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, Beloit College and University Of Rzeszów. Besides, part of the supplies will be sent to overseas students from HENU in the form of care packages. As of today, there still have been almost 400 students from HENU studying overseas and their safety and security is our prior concern.

Love is beyond boundaries. In the hardest time of fighting against the coronavirus in China, we Chinese received valuable support from international community. As a Chinese saying goes, “Receiving drips of water when in need, and I shall return the kindness with a spring.” Henan University is willing to continue to provide any assistance it could for any international partner university and overseas student from HENU.
