On April 25, Henan University (HENU) held the signing ceremony and academic exchange meeting with the Institute of Process Engineering (IPE), Chinese Academy of Sciences.

In the morning, the signing ceremony was held in Zhengzhou Campus. The signing ceremony was attended by Suojiang Zhang, President of HENU, Shaokang Xu, Vice President of HENU, Qingshan Zhu, deputy directors of IPE, and Chunshan Li, deputy directors of IPE.

Suojiang Zhang expressed his wishes that HENU and IPE would further deepen cooperation and refine cooperation plans for discipline construction, talent training, scientific research, and achievement transformation to achieve effective results.

Qingshan Zhu hoped that the two sides would make further exploration in personnel management, scientific research, comprehensive reform, student training, and postgraduate education to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism and yield fruitful results.

Later, Shaokang Xu and Chunshan Li signed the contract on behalf of both parties, accompanied by Suojiang Zhang and Qingshan Zhu.

The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on the specific issues of future cooperation and conducted discussions on cooperation plans, and finally reached cooperation consensus.

In the afternoon, the academic xxchange meeting between HENU and IPE was held. At the meeting, experts gave academic reports on fluidized solid phase processing, new energy and green process engineering, and multi-scale simulation and optimization of chemical metallurgical processes.
