The 5^th TCTF-NTU Advanced Leadership Development Forum was held online at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, with the presence of government agencies, universities and cooperative enterprises from China and Singapore on March 12^th. Joining in the forum, Shenglei Fu, vice president of Henan University (HENU), gave a keynote speech entitled "Seeking an International Talent Nurturing System in the Post-epidemic Era".

The speech revolves around the establishment of an international talent system, the construction of a team of teachers and managers capable of working globally and the participation in international scientific and technological cooperation in HENU. HENU insisting on a new international talents training program, has formed a multi-level talent training model that specializes in training international students under the joint education system. In this way, he believed, students could take more sundry and various general education courses in their professional education pursuit. This model is also critical in introducing overseas high-quality educational resources to China and improving the course structure of English-based majors.
