The Second Henan-Hong Kong Early Childhood Education Exchange and Collaborative Achievement Forum was held at the Henan Hotel on May 10. The forum welcomed over 20 experts and scholars, including Liu Linya, Deputy Director of the Education Department of Henan Province, and renowned sociologist, Mr. Ambrose Yeo-Chi King, as well as over 200 preschool principals from Henan and Hong Kong.

Liu Linya highlighted Henan Province's pioneering "digital empowerment" initiative in early childhood education, emphasizing the province's focus on digitally driven projects. He noted that Henan's exploration of digitalization in education has advanced alongside the growing exchange and cooperation between Henan and Hong Kong in early childhood education. He expressed his hope that the experts and scholars present would learn from each other and achieve fruitful outcomes. Mr. King acknowledged the importance of the Henan-Hong Kong collaboration and the achievements made to date, expressing his desire for further deepened cooperation and continued high-quality results.

During the keynote speeches, Professor Shen Xueming from the University of Hong Kong and Ms. Lin Shucao, member of the Curriculum Development Council of the Hong Kong Education Bureau, delivered presentations on the theme of "Digital Empowerment in Early Childhood Education: Practices and Applications." Principals from institutions such as Shun Tak Fraternal Association Leung Kit Wah Kindergarten and Henan Experimental Kindergarten shared their experiences on the practical implementation of digital empowerment in early childhood education.

This event summarized the phased achievements of cooperation between Henan and Hong Kong, charting the course for future in-depth collaboration.
