Qualifications

1. High moral integrity as teacher, rigorous attitude in research, international academic reputation and influence in the field of study, leading talent in relevant discipline and prominent researching achievements.

2. Full time employed, healthy both physically and mentally.

3. Satisfy one of the following criteria:

① Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences or Chinese Academy of Engineering.

② National high level talents special support Project (Ten Thousand Talent Project) elite talent.

③ World renowned university Professor (equivalent position in well-known research institute.)

Corresponding Treatment

Treatment of full-time Academician introduced to Henan Province; settling-in allowance of 2 million yuan; scientific research initiative funding: 20-30 million yuan for natural and engineering sciences, 4-6 million yuan for humanities and social sciences; 200 square meters apartment; spouse and working-age children employment; schooling of dependent children; academic team of 5-7 members, all possesses senior titles or doctorates; commute vehicle and work assistant.

Category 2

Qualifications

1. High moral integrity as teacher, rigorous attitude in research, favorable academic reputation and influence in the field of study, leading talent in relevant discipline and prominent researching achievements.

2. Full time employed, healthy both physically and mentally. Age limits：50-year-old for natural and engineering sciences, 55-year-old for humanities and social sciences. Age limit can be adjusted under special circumstances.

3. Satisfy one of the following criteria:

① National Recruitment Program for Innovative Talents (Long Term) (also known as Thousand Talent Program) or the National Recruitment Program for Foreign Experts.

② Changjiang Scholars Award Professor, State Ministry of Education.

③ The National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars candidate.

④ National high level talents special support Project (Ten Thousand Talent Project) Leading talent.

⑤ World renowned university tenured associate professor (equivalent position in well-known research institute.)

Corresponding Treatment

Annual salary of 800,000 yuan; settling-in allowance of 1 million yuan; scientific research initiative funding: 10-20 million yuan for natural and engineering sciences, 2-4 million yuan for humanities and social sciences; 170 square meters apartment; spouse employment, schooling of dependent children; academic team of 3-5 members, all possesses senior titles or doctorates.

Category 3

Qualifications

1. High moral integrity as teacher, rigorous attitude in research, favorable academic reputation and influence in the field of study, renowned scholar or potential young scholar in relevant discipline, prominent teaching or researching achievements.

2. Full time employed, healthy both physically and mentally. Age limits：50-year-old for natural and engineering sciences, 55-year-old for humanities and social sciences. Age limit can be adjusted under special circumstances.

3. Satisfy one of the following criteria:

① National high level talents special support Project (Ten Thousand Talent Project) outstanding young talent.

② Changjiang Young Scholars Award, State Ministry of Education.

③ The Recruitment Program for Young Professionals candidate.

④ The National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars candidate.

⑤ The One Hundred Talent Project of Chinese Academy of Science candidate.

⑥ The New Century Talents Project candidate, national level.

Annual salary of 600,000 yuan; settling-in allowance of 500,000 yuan; scientific research initiative funding: 5-8 million yuan for natural and engineering sciences, 1.5-2 million yuan for humanities and social sciences; 140 square meters apartment; spouse employment, schooling of dependent children; academic team of 2-3 members, all possesses senior titles or doctorates.

Category 4

Qualifications

1. High moral integrity as teacher, rigorous attitude in research, favorable academic reputation and influence in the field of study, study abroad background or potential young scholar in relevant discipline.

2. Full time employed, healthy both physically and mentally. Age limits：50-year-old for natural and engineering sciences, 55-year-old for humanities and social sciences.

3. Satisfy one of the following criteria:

①Obtain doctorate from a world renowned university, 3 years or above post-doctoral research experience at world renowned university (researching institute) with excellent scientific research achievement.

②Host key programs of National Natural Science Foundation, publish at least 10 academic papers as first author or first corresponding author in Top scientific journals (identified by Henan University) or above with good other-citation record.

③ Host key programs of National Social Sciences, publish at least 5 papers as independent author or first author in journals cited in the SSCI database or above with great influence in relevant academic field.

Corresponding Treatment

Annual salary of 400,000 yuan; settling-in allowance of 300,000 yuan; scientific research initiative funding: 1.5-2 million yuan for natural and engineering sciences, 0.5-1 million yuan for humanities and social sciences; 120 square meters apartment; spouse employment, schooling of dependent children; academic team of 1-2 members, all possesses senior titles or doctorates.
