Professor LU Keping, born in December 1963, male, Han nationality from Pingdingshan city of Henan Province, is a member of CPC and a doctoral supervisor with a Doctoral degree. In September 2010, he was appointed as Vice President of Henan University. In May 2005 he was appointed as President and Vice Chancellor of Henan College of Finance and Taxation, in February 2009 – as Chancellor and President of Henan College of Finance and Taxation. In December 2011Professor LU Kepingwas assigned as President and Vice Chancellor of Xinyang Normal University; and as Chancellor of Xinyang Normal Universityin December 2014. From December 2016 to September 2017, he took up a post of Chancellor of Henan University of Engineering. In September 2017, he was appointed as Chancellor of Henan University.

He has long been engaged in research and teaching of multi-complex function theory, differential geometry and other specialized fields.
