The talent cultivation plan of China and the United States, 121, 2018 school year double degree program selected work is now open, the project is mainly for our school interested in undergraduate and graduate student to study in the United States, students can choose to 29 U.S. partner schools (public) of any relevant professional school, studying professional involved in the social sciences, natural sciences, engineering and other fields (school introduction, professional requirements, recruit students general rules and other information see the attachment). Qualified graduates can obtain the diploma and degree certificates issued by the us institutions and henan university respectively.

There are two parts: undergraduate and postgraduate students:

Part (a) undergraduates: direct from China university to participate in the plan selection of first-year undergraduate students, to participate in the program of the university of the second and third year courses, and then return to studying at the university of China in the fourth year courses, students can at the same time in the four years to obtain undergraduate diploma and bachelor's degree at the university of China and the United States.

Part (2) the master graduate student: directly from the selection to participate in the program of the Chinese university graduate student in grade one students, to participate in the program of the university to study 2 to 3 semester courses, and then return to complete the graduation thesis, and the rest of the course, the Chinese university students can be obtained at the same time in three years graduate diploma and master's degree at the university of China and the United States.

Project situation

The project is (education) in the China association of education international exchange (CEAIE), international education exchange center (CCIEE) and the American association of state university and college work (AASCU) and management of the new type of higher education of China and the United States two-way exchanges and cooperation projects, has now become a cultural exchange of China and the United States high-level consultation mechanism under the framework of one of the project. CCIEE and AASCU choice conditions of China and the United States institutions of higher learning (public) as a member of the program, specific teaching task, as of October 2017, there are 157 university of China and the United States to participate in the project (including: Chinese university by 122, the American university of 35).

2001-2017, a total of 3400 university bachelor's degree and master's degree in grade one students in American university, 2004-2017 for 14 session of undergraduate and graduate students at the same time from the United States and China university diploma and bachelor's degree (master) degree. The 13th graduation ceremony of the project was held in the auditorium of our university on June 15, 2016.

In June 2007, our school took part in the project, so far, has 78 troops of the undergraduate, master's, respectively to the United States, George mason university, Salem state university, southwest of Humboldt state university, Troy university, Georgia state university and other colleges and universities to study, more students from the university several scholarships, learned to recognize an opportunity to pursue the world's top university, at home and abroad well-known unit work opportunity, etc., the project with fruitful results.

The application requirements

1. The average grade of students in the first semester should be up to 70 points (the scores of individual American schools are higher, please refer to the attachment for details); Undergraduate and postgraduate students are eligible to apply (or need to postpone their graduation) through their department.

2. Apply for students' English scores not less than 70;

3. Good health, strong independent living and adaptability, no bad habits;

4. Good economic ability and willing to abide by relevant regulations of the project;

5. Subject to the consent of the college;

The above is the basic application condition, the final selection qualification is determined by our school and the American school.

Project cost

Due to undergraduate students only need to read two years, master's graduate students at two or three semesters, the United States of the talent training plan for the 121 double degree program students than all four years of undergraduate course, master graduate student, three years of study in the United States to study way can save more than 50% of the cost, and to support the United States of the talent training plan for the development of the 121 double degree program, the almost all the universities are provided for project 121 students ranging from amount of scholarship (about $3000 - $12000).

According to the procedures

Interested project, please download the attachment, read the recruit students general rules and professional requirements, the university is introduced, and before reporting program and department responsible for the teacher, a consultancy, credit transfer conditions.

Specific application procedures are as follows:

1. Please register to the participants to download and read the attachment material, qualified students to the school to apply for registration and submit transcripts, grade ranking list, awards (only provide listing, after the certificate by the institute to review and correct the returned to the student), ielts/toefl transcripts, after the department audit and correct seal confirmation;
