On the morning of March 22, Mamyruly Talgat, President of the International Kazakh-Chinese Language College, visited our university for an exchange. Shenglei Fu, Vice President of Henan University, met with the guests in Conference Room 314 of the International School for Chinese Language & Culture. The meeting was also attended by relevant officials from the International Affairs Office, International School for Chinese Language & Culture and College of Chinese Language and Literature.
Shenglei Fu extended a warm welcome to the guests and introduced general information about the university, its achievements in international cooperation and exchange, and its development plan. He said that the university would continue to support and promote the enrollment and cultivation of international students in China, further advance cooperation with the International Kazakh-Chinese Language College, and jointly enhance teaching and research standards to contribute Henan University's strength to the friendly exchanges and cooperation between China and Kazakhstan.
Afterwards, Xiangling Li, Dean of International School for Chinese Language & Culture, introduced the basic information, highlights, and future plans of the School to the guests.
Mamyruly Talgat briefly introduced the development history and basic situation of the International Kazakh-Chinese Language College. He mentioned that this year is the "Kazakhstan Tourism Year" in China and with this background, the future cooperation between the two universities would be closer and success must be achieved in areas such as talent cultivation and cultural exchange.
At the meeting, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on the details of further cooperation.
In the afternoon, Mamyruly Talgat held a working meeting with the School of Culture and Tourism. The two sides reached a preliminary agreement on student internships, teacher exchanges, and professional cooperation in the field of culture and tourism.
