According to data released by Clarivate Analytics, a world-leading professional information service provider, Professor Daxiang Cui's papers were highly cited in biochemistry, genetics and molecular biology, and chemistry. The citations ranked the top 1% of the world. The H-index of materials science ranked the top 1% globally. Professor Cui Daxiang was included as one of the Elsevier Highly Cited Scholars and the top 2% of the world’s top scientists from 2020 to 2022. Now, his papers are once again on the list, demonstrating his influence in the field of interdisciplinary research in medicine and engineering.

Professor Daxiang Cui, academic vice president of Henan University, is a winner of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and a recipient of State Council Special Government Allowance. At the same time, he serves as the chief scientist of a major nanoscience research project, a visiting professor at Waseda University in Japan, and an honorary professor at the University of Sydney.
