On September 24, the 5^th Talent Recruitment & Project Matching Event for Innovation and Development - 2022 Young Scientist Forum on Quantum Technology Development was held in the Zhengzhou Campus of HENU. The opening ceremony was presided over by Binbin HU, Director of Science and Technology Office, HENU.

Held both online and offline, the Forum invited distinguished guests to attend, including Academician Jinfeng JIA from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Zhenyu ZHANG, chair professor of the University of Science and Technology of China, Yuanbo ZHANG, professor of Fudan University, Shaoming FEI, professor of Capital Normal University, Yang YU, professor of Nanjing University, Zengbing CHEN, professor of Nanjing University, Jin LI, vice president of Guoke Quantum Communication Network Co., Ltd., Kebiao XU, expert of Chinainstru & Quantumtech (Hefei) Co., Ltd., and teachers and students from relevant units of HENU.

In addition, Shuxia FENG, vice president of HENU, attended the opening ceremony of the Forum and delivered a speech. Yongen LI, director of the Electronic Information Technology Division of the Science and Technology Department of Henan Province, attended the meeting and gave his congratulations.

At the Forum, the experts gave their reports under the theme of "quantum contributes to a win-win future". They made exchanges on key scientific issues such as quantum materials and devices, quantum computing, quantum artificial intelligence, quantum chips, quantum communication and quantum cryptography. Furthermore, they shared the latest research results, and discussed the key quantum technology. They also gave opinions on the improvement of strategy for the coordinated development of basic research, application research and development and industrialization.
