On the morning of September 30, the School of Software held a signing ceremony for the project with an open competition mechanism at the Science and Technology Innovation Center of Kaifeng.

The ceremony was attended by Zhen TAN, vice president of HENU, Zhiyong LIU, director of Domestic Cooperation Office, Binbin HU, director of Science and Technology Office, Qian LI, vice director of Science and Technology Office, Xin HE, dean of School of Software, Hongchao LIU, deputy director of the Management Committee of Kaifeng Demonstration Zone, Zhenqiang MAO, director of the Technology and Industrial Information Bureau of Kaifeng Demonstration Zone, Yawei YANG, general manager of Henan Ruitong Irrigation and Drainage Equipment Company, and the representatives from the School of Software.

At the ceremony, Zhenqiang MAO, Zhijie HAN and Yawei YANG firstly introduced R&D and Industrialization of IoT Monitoring Platform for Edge Computing, a Kaifeng's project with an open competition mechanism in 2022, especially its current situation of R&D and transformation of the results. Later, Xin HE and Yawei YANG, signed the agreement on the transformation of achievements worth 5 million yuan.

After that, Hongchao LIU, Zhiyong LIU, Binbin HU and Xin HE jointly unveiled the Smart Agriculture Laboratory accompanied by enthusiastic applause.
