On the morning of September 9, HENU held a symposium to celebrate the 38^th Teachers’ Day in Jinming Campus. The meeting invited leaders of the University, representatives of the teachers, representatives of students, and heads from all departments of the University to attend. The meeting was chaired by Keping Lu, the party secretary of HENU.

At the meeting, Zhen TAN, vice president of HENU, recited the Decision on Commending the Faculty of Henan University with a 30-year Teaching Experience. He praised staff for their commitment to fostering talents for the society, and wished them to continue promoting the development of HENU.

Keping LU and Suojiang ZHANG, President of HENU, jointly awarded a trophy and a honorary to 5 teachers with a teaching experience of over 50 years respectively, namely Gong LIANG, Zhenhong LI, Minsheng CHENG, Baoyi NIU, and Chendan LIU.  

Suojiang ZHANG and Keping LU expressed sincere greetings and gratitude to all staff members. They wished all staff members to have an ever-lasting passion for education and to do their best for the glorious future of Henan University.
