On June 19th, the Belt & Road International Medical Education Alliance (BRIMEA) held the Fifth International Higher Medical Education Forum in Shenyang with the theme of "medical innovation-driven development and high-quality development of medical education". More than 240 domestic and overseas medical education experts and scholars from 67 medical education institutions in 18 countries attended the forum online and offline, and nearly 43 000 teachers, medical staff watched the live broadcast.
School of Medicine, HENU, was elected as a governing unit of the BRIMEA. REN Xuequn, the executive deputy dean of the school, said, “ Joining the BRIMEA is a great opportunity for us, and we will strengthen cooperation with our counterparts at home and abroad, integrate various high-quality resources around the globe, and boost the quality and rapid development of our university.
