On April 24th, the opening ceremony of Shimadzu Pilot Laboratory which is affiliated with National R&D Center for Edible Fungus Processing Technology of HENU was held in Kaifeng. Yunchao Kan, vice president of HENU, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Other attendees were heads of Department of Laboratory and Equipment Management, National R&D Center for Edible Fungus Processing Technology, Shimadzu Chinese Innovation Center and Shimadzu Enterprise Management (China) Co., Ltd.

Xiaodong Li, deputy director of Shimadzu Chinese Innovation Center, and Yunchao Kan unveiled the plaque of Shimadzu Pilot Laboratory together, which was followed by the signing of the cooperation agreement.

After that, Xiaodong Li and Xinhui Xing, professor of School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering in Tsinghua University, delivered their own academic reports.
