On March 26th, Chun-Peng Song, President of HENU, Xuelu Wang, Vice President of HENU,   attended the "100+N" Open and Collaborative Innovation System Construction and Henan Agricultural and Rural Science and Technology Innovation Integration Development Conference in Zhengzhou. More than 100 experts from Rural Technology Development Center of Ministry of Science and Technology of China, Development Center of Science and Technology of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, General Office of Henan Provincial People's Government, Department of Science and Technology of Henan Province, Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Henan Province, Henan Agricultural University, Henan University, Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Xinxiang Municipal People's Government, Zhoukou Municipal People's Government and other units representing leaders to discuss "100+N" open and collaborative innovation system construction and jointly promote the integrated development of agricultural and rural science and technology innovation in Henan.

On behalf of Henan University, Chun-Peng Song delivered a speech at the conference. Xuelu Wang signed memorandums of cooperation with Xinxiang Municipal People's Government, the National Agricultural Science and Technology Park Management Committee and attached counties in Xinxiang and Zhoukou respectively.

The "100+N" Open and Collaborative Innovation System Construction was launched in Henan, focusing on advantaged wheat production areas, constructing agricultural science and technology parks with high standards and high quality, promoting the development at the county level through scientific and technological innovation, driving the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas, enhancing the integrated development of agricultural science and technology innovation in Henan.
