Recently, 2019 Henan Provincial Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award was announced and HENU has won 41 awards, including 4 first prizes, 18 second prizes and 19 third prizes. The total number of awards has continued to rank first among universities and social science research departments in Henan Province.
The first prize achievements include: Service and Guidance: Party Construction Practices in Universities in New Era (author: Wang Mingqin), Project-based Poverty Governance: Theory and Practice (author: Liu Junying), Z Rhyme Alternation in Chinese Dialects: Its Type, Distribution and Origin (author: Xin Yongfen), and Jun Kiln Copper Green-Blue Glazes (author: Wang Hongwei). In addition, China's Urban Public Leisure Services (author: Cheng Suiying) and other 18 achievements won the second prize, Construction of Risk Responsibility System in Civil Code of China (authors: Yue Hongjiang) and other 19 achievements won the third prize.
Henan Provincial Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award is selected once a year and is the highest assessment of the humanities and social science research achievements of Henan Province. A total of 260 outstanding achievements was selected, including 15 first prizes, 110 second prizes, and 135 third prizes.
