On October 24th, HENU held the 1st International Conference on Multi-omics in Plant Stress. Vice President KAN Yunchao delivered an opening speech and remarked that HENU gathered experts and scholars from six countries together by online and offline methods to discuss the research progress in the field of Multi-omics in Plant Stress, and share their brilliant research results.
Focused on “Plant Multi-Omics and Sensitive Agriculture” , this conference discussed the role of plant multi-omics in the research of environmental stress and its significance to agricultural production. Many excellent experts and scholars made their reports, including Academician Jean-David. Rochaix from European Academy of Sciences, Academician Hong Gil from Korean Institute of Basic Science (IBS), Professor Brad Day from Michigan State University, Professor Matthias Erb from University of Bern, Switzerland, Professor Dae-Jin Yun from Konkuk University in South Korea, Professor Salim Al-Babili from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in Saudi Arabia and Professor Luis A J Mur from Aberystwyth University in the United Kingdom.
