On November 14th, 2009, the Canadian Alumni Association of Henan University held its inaugural ceremony in Toronto, Canada. Jiao Zhenlong was unanimously elected as president, Li Zhigang as vice president, Liu Lichun as secretary-general and Zhang Xiao as deputy secretary-general by attendees at the ceremony.
President of the Association: Jiao Zhenlong, who got admitted to Department of Foreign Languages in 1983.
Secretary-General: Liu Lichun, who got admitted to Department of Foreign Languages in 1978.
