On the afternoon of June 9, a delegation of four people led by Sviatlana I. Koptseva, the First Vice-Rector of Belarusian State Pedagogical University (BSPU) visited Henan University (HENU) . Shenglei Fu, Vice President of HENU, and relevant responsible personnel from the International Affairs Office, the International School for Chinese Language and Culture and the School of Journalism and Communication met with the delegation.

At the meeting, Shenglei Fu said that the two universities have established a cordial friendship since the establishment of friendly cooperation in 2017. He hoped the visit of Vice-Rector Sviatlana I. Koptseva would promote cooperation between the two universities in sports, art and education.

Sviatlana I. Koptseva said BSPU has been attaching great importance to cooperation with HENU. She wished that this visit can deepen mutual understanding and expand cooperation between the two universities, advancing cultural exchanges between China and Belarus.

At the meeting, the two sides had an in-depth exchange of views on cooperative programs such as cooperative graduate education, “Chinese+” program, exchange visits, and joint research.
