On February 17, the signing and unveiling ceremony of Henan Institute of Rule of Law and Government was held at Minglun Campus. The Henan Institute of Rule of Law and Government is jointly built by Henan Provincial Leading Group Office for Rule of Law and Government, Henan Provincial Department of Justice, and Henan University. At the ceremony, Chaoyang Yang, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Henan University and supervisor of Henan Provincial Supervisory Commission in Henan University, unveiled the Institute together with Kui Hu, deputy director of the Henan Provincial Department of Justice. Jun Cai, dean of the School of Law, signed a cooperation agreement with Chen Xiaowei, director of the Law-based Administrative Guidance Division of Henan Provincial Department of Justice. The ceremony was also attended by Zhenting Sun, director of the Kaifeng Municipal Bureau of Justice, Wuchao Fu, deputy director of the Kaifeng Municipal Bureau of Justice, Zhanwei Huan, dean of the Social Sciences Department of Henan University, as well as responsible personnel and faculty representatives from the School of Law.

After the signing of the agreement and the unveiling of the Institute, participants conducted in-depth exchanges on the construction of the Henan Institute of Rule of Law and Government.
