On 25th March, 2021, an official cooperative negotiation conference Between HENU and Oxford Brooks University (OBU) was held. Yuhua Pang,  International Officer  for China Operation of OBU, Tao Wang, CEO of Bridge International Education, along with Xian Niu,  secretary of the Party Committee, Daochao Zhang, Dean, Ke Zhou, Vice Dean and other representatives from School of Physical Education and sports (SPES) of HENU attended the meeting.

Dachao Zhang firstly extended a heartily welcome to all the participants of the official meeting. He then expounded profoundly in the following topics: the project of joint cultivation of the doctoral students, specialties and training style of bilateral cooperative schooling, etc. He at last led a friendly discussion over multiple collaborative approaches, such as bilateral high-level officials’ as well as teachers’ exchange visit after covid-19 pandemic, joint training, and academic researching.

Yuhua Pang went into details of the authentication of the diploma by the joint-schooling, methods of cooperation, bilateral exchanges of teachers as well as the oncoming summer camp. Pang further expressed her willingness to strongly promote the bilateral in-depth collaboration and communication in multiarea and multilayer.

Tao Wang said that his company would implement the actual cooperative details as soon as possible, carry out the communicating tasks and services and enhance the bilateral collaboration and communication step by step.

This conference took place after the matching of the curriculum between the two schools, hence it would accelerate the process the joint schooling and provide a solid foundation of all-round bilateral cooperation in the future. After the conference, a campus talk on studying in OBU was arranged in multimedia classroom of the school. Students from SPES actively took part.
