On February 22, Dmitry Likhacheuski, dean of the Faculty of Computer-Aided Design of Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR for short), and Elizaveta Akimova, deputy director of the International Office, visited the School of Software, Henan University along with their entourage. Peng Wang, deputy director of the International Affairs Office of Henan University, Xin He, dean of the School of Software, as well as Fang Zuo and Junyang Yu, deputy deans of the School of Software, attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Xin He reviewed the cooperation between the two universities, and pointed out the achievements in scientific research and personnel training. He also expressed heartfelt thanks to the International Affairs Office of Henan University for its strong support for the cooperation between the two parties.
Peng Wang reviewed the overall situation of exchanges and cooperation between the two universities, and put forward guiding opinions. She promised that the International Affairs Office would continue to support the cooperation between both sides. He then expressed his wish that the cooperation between two universities could be closer and brought more achievements.
Later, Dmitry Likhacheuski and Elizaveta Akimova expressed their gratitude to Henan University. Dmitry Likhacheuski introduced the "1+1" program for BSUIR's postgraduate students, the training program of doctoral students, and the advantageous scientific research fields of computer science. He wished the two universities to further deepen the cooperation and showed great confidence in the prospect of the future cooperation.
Fang Zuo and Junyang Yu made detailed introductions to the School's scientific research and the postgraduate training program. He suggested that the two sides continue to expand cooperation, carrying out cooperation in scientific research, establishment of provincial-level international joint laboratories, postgraduate teaching program, and the output and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
The two sides reached a preliminary agreement on further deepening cooperation in high-level talent training, and scientific research.
