On September 25, Henan University held the 110th Anniversary Celebration & Conference at the Grand Auditorium of Minglun Campus.

The Conference invited many distinguished guests to attend, such as Ji Zhou, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Henan Provincial Committee, Zhenghui Song, Deputy Governor of Henan Provincial People's Government, Academician Xi Zhang, President of Jilin University, Academician Jiecai Han, President of Harbin Institute of Technology, Academician Liqun Zhang, President of South China University of Technology, Academician Dongming Guo, President of Dalian University of Technology, Academician Peng Li, President of Zhengzhou University, Academician Kuiling  Ding, Executive Vice President of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Wenping Hu, Executive Vice President of Tianjin University, Academician Jiayao Wang of Henan University, Academician Guoliang Chen, Honorary Dean of the School of Software of Henan University, Liqun Wang, a famous scholar of Henan University, Chunsheng Li, alumni of Henan University and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial People's Congress, Jianjun Gao, alumni of Henan University and Secretary of the Kaifeng Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, and Xiangyu Li, alumni of Henan University, Deputy Secretary of the Kaifeng Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and Mayor of Kaifeng City.
