On June 3rd, the opening ceremony of the International Institute of Intelligent Information Processing jointly established by HENU, Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) and the New H3C Group was held in HENU Jinming Campus. SUN Gongqi, vice president of HENU, Sergey CONSTANTINOVICH, first vice president of BSUIR, and ZHANG Li, vice president of New H3C Group, signed contracts on behalf of the three sides respectively.

SUN Gongqi said that the three sides should base themselves on their own advantages, fully integrate resources and strengthen mutual trust, achieving high-quality training of outstanding students, high-efficiency output of scientific research projects, and high-level development of international research institutes.

Sergey CONSTANTINOVICH said that the cooperation around intelligent information processing would be fruitful. ZHANG Li said that the New H3C Group would further implement the national strategy of integration of industry and education, provide high-quality technical services, actively participate in the construction and development of the Institute, and constantly strengthen the cooperation.

Sergey CONSTANTINOVICH and the New H3C Group vice president LIU Xinmin were employed as visiting professors of HENU.
