According to the relevant documents of the school, the employer should confirm that both parties have fully fulfilled the contract before the foreign experts leave office. After the departure of foreign experts, the employing unit shall submit the employment report to the international exchange office in a timely manner and report the relevant materials to the international exchange office for the record. The international exchange office is responsible for applying for the cancellation of the work permit for foreigners of the People's Republic of China after the departure of foreign experts.
