    Andrea Kiss, a doctor of history in Central European University and a doctor of geography in University of Szeged, is now serving as a research fellow in Institute of Hydraulic Engineering and Water Resources Management in University of Vienna, Austria. In 2019, he published a monograph on floods and changes in water levels over long periods of time in Medieval Hungary, and recently he also contributed his two collaborative papers to Nature, a leading multidisciplinary science journal.
