On October 20, the promotion meeting of Youle Cup - the 1st National Contest on Logistics Design by University Students at HENU was held online.
Lanjing Wang, a teacher from the Business School of HENU, gave a detailed interpretation of this competition. Runqing Shi, a tutor from Henan Postal Logistics Company, made a report entitled "Discussion and Development of Logistics Industry" and "Practice and Application of Supply Chain Logistics in Postal Industry". Based on the development history of China Post, he explained to the students the definition of logistics, business sectors, supply chain logistics services, and comprehensive services.
The National Contest On Logistics Design by University Students (NCOLD) is a large-scale logistics teaching and practice contest for university students nationwide. Jointly organized by the Teaching Steering Committee of Logistics Major of the Ministry of Education and the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, this competition encouraged students to team up with those from other disciplines and majors, hoping to raise students' interests in emerging engineering, emerging agriculture, emerging medicine, emerging liberal arts and interdisciplinary fields, cultivate students' creative thinking and innovative consciousness, and improve students' innovative ability.
