On September 24, a day before Henan University’s celebration of the 110th anniversary, the University Presidents Forum themed with “Higher education in the new era: development & cooperation” was held in New Century Grand Hotel, Kaifeng. Held both online and offline, the Forum invited leaders from more than 20 well-known universities at home and abroad to discuss the challenges and missions of higher education in the new era, and express expectations for the prospect of higher education.

Guests such as Hongbin Yin, Executive Deputy Secretary of the Education working Commitee of Henan Provincial Party Committee of CPC, Xiangyu Li, mayor of Kaifeng City, Keping Lu, secretary of the Party Committee of Henan University, Academician Suojiang Zhang, President of Henan University, Zhen Tan, vice President of Henan University, Bo Ji, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Henan University, Gongqi Sun, Shuxia Feng, Shenglei Fu, vice Presidents of Henan University, and representative of teachers were invited to attend the forum.
